LIFE CROLIS project workshop (Type 1) held in Zadar

On Thursday, 27th March 2025, the second Type 1 workshop of the LIFE CROLIS project was held ih Hotel Kolovare in Zadar for representatives of local and regional authorities and Croatian experts in the fields of land monitoring, environmental and nature protection, agriculture, and spatial planning.
The goal of Type 1 workshops is to transfer the knowledge gained during the development of the project within the community of Croatian stakeholders of the LIFE CROLIS project – institutions and engaged experts. By applying the obtained information and useful expert opinions from the workshop participants, timely updating of the data model and data processing will be ensured, as well as their sustainable use for local authorities, relevant institutions, and non-governmental organizations.
At the workshop in Zadar, lectures were given by experts from all partner institutions involved in the project. Participants came from administrative departments and bodies responsible for agriculture, spatial planning, and environmental protection from several Adriatic counties, county public institutions for nature protection, development agencies, and professional and scientific institutions.
The workshop was held in several blocks, followed by discussions with stakeholders.
